This 5 arm rotisserie makes use of our standard spit roast kit, utilising the sturdy spit pole and 240 volt motor. Our chicken spit accessory can cook up to 36 chickens at a time! Great for feeding large crowds.
This accessory works in the upper level of our Platinum hog roast machines. It can be viewed by both chef and guests by peering through the handy toughened glass viewing window. When the meat is cooked, the rotisserie can be raised to service position for carving. Each arm can be individually removed to make carving as efficient as possible, whilst keeping the visual drama intact.
As well as roasting chickens, this add-on can be used to cook turkey, pork legs and beef joints.
